MILK RECEPTION AND PROCESSING

1. ACID-CLEAN

A concentrated acid detergent for effective cleaning and descaling of process equipment after cleaning with Laser Alkali - Clean. Acid-Clean removes milkstone, mineral deposits and build ups. Use between 0.5% - 1.0% at 60˚C for 30 - 40 minutes.

2. ALKALI-CLEAN

A concentrated heavy duty alkaline cleaning agent for CIP, bottlewashing and spraycleaning applications at all water hardness in the food industry. Use between 0.8% - 1.5% active caustic solution at 65˚C - 85˚C for 30 - 40 minutes.

3. CHLORINE-CLEAN

A non-foaming chlorinated liquid detergent and disinfectant for effective cleaning and sanitising of milk receiving areas in the dairy industry. Use at 1% solution at 20’C - 60˚C for 30 - 40 minutes. AVOID TEMPERATURES ABOVE 65˚C.

A concentrated heavy duty alkaline detergent for Heat Exchangers and general CIP. Ideal for use with extremely hard water and specifically formulated to clean HTST plate heat exchangers. Use between 1 – 3% v/v solution for 30 – 40 minutes.

A peroxide based sanitiser for rapid disinfecting of all bacteria, yeast, mould and viruses. Use at ambient temperature between 0.3% - 0.5% solution.

SURFACE CLEANERS & SANITISERS

QAC disinfectant and sanitiser for all areas. Dilute 1 part with 20 parts water. Allow 5 minutes contact time for 99.9% kill count before rinsing with water.

An environmentally friendly detergent and all surface cleaner. Contains only biodegradable raw materials that are approved for use in all food processing plants. Dilute with up to 100 parts water.

8. CRATEWASH

A highly alkaline liquid detergent for use in crate and bottle washing machines. Use at a 1% dilution.

Formulated for the food industry for day to day maintenance cleaning and removal of grease and grime on floors, walls and machinery. Dilute with up to 60 parts water.

A heavy duty food surface contact cleaner. No need to rinse. Dilute with up to 60 parts water./p>

11. KLEENFOAM

A heavy duty chlorinated alkaline detergent and sanitiser for foam cleaning the exterior of tanks, filling machines, conveyors, walls, floors and all types of equipment and surfaces in the food industry.

12. KLEENSPOT

A concentrated organic chlorine disinfectant powder, sanitiser and general cleaner. For use in the food industry. For fast and effective broad spectrum kill. Suitable as a bathroom and toilet bowl and urinal cleaner and disinfectant. Ideal for daily mop cleaning and disinfecting
(also available in 30gm sachets).

13. LASERSAN

A premium liquid sodium hypochlorite sanitiser for effective versatile sanitizing. Use between 0.3% - 1.0% v/v.

An extra heavy duty, liquid cleaner and degreaser for use in the food industry that dissolves heavy grease and grime. Highly effective for removing sugar, caramel and molasses. Dilute with up to 40 parts water.

15. MULTISOAP

A general purpose detergent. Neutral ph.

16. PERIFOAM

A liquid peroxide based disinfectant with foaming abilities for use in the food industry.

17. STEELGLO

Stainless steel polish for ovens and equipment. Use as supplied.

DRAIN CARE

18. DRAIN CLEANER LIQUID

A powerful liquid drain cleaner for the dissolving of blockages in exterior drains. Ideal for use in maintenance and cleaning of drains. Recommended for outside use.

19. DRAIN CLEANER POWDER

A powerful industrial drain cleaning powder for the removal of fatty build ups. Recommended for inside drains and grease traps.

HANDSOAP & HAND SANITISERS

A clear disinfectant gel for effective disinfecting of hands. The product is designed to air dry and gives protection for up to three hours. Use as supplied. 2 - 4ml per application. Use after washing hands with Antibac Handsoap.

A non-perfumed antibacterial handsoap for the food industry. Use as supplied. 4ml per wash effective for temperatures between 10 - 40˚C.

ABLUTION, BATHROOM AND CANTEEN CLEANING

22. AIR FRESHENER

A ready-to-use, perfumed liquid deodorizer and disinfectant. Use as supplied in a low pressure trigger spray.

23. ANTIBACTERIAL DISHWASHING LIQUID

A non-perfumed, antibacterial dishwashing liquid for the food industry. Use as supplied. Use 10ml to 20L water. Best at 30 - 40˚C.

An excellent, all surface cleaner and degreaser, ideal for heavy duty applications. It contains only biodegradable raw materials and is environmentally friendly. Dilute with up to 50 parts water.

25. BLEACH

A sodium hypochlorite based cleaner and stain remover. 5% active when packed. Use between 3 - 10ml per 1L of water. Store away from direct sunlight.

26. CREAM CLEANSER

A concentrated ammmoniated all purpose cleaner. Works well on all hard surfaces. Use as supplied.

27. DEO BLOCKS

Perfumed air deodorizing blocks for use in public areas and toilets.

A medium duty cleaner formulated for day to day maintenance cleaning and removal of grease and grime from all hard surfaces.

29. LEMON DISHWASHER

A concentrated lemon perfumed hand dishwashing liquid. Best at 30 - 40˚C.

A powerful, non-perfumed, acidic toilet bowl cleaner, disinfectant and descaler for toilet bowls, urinals, stone or concrete floors, shower cubicles, tiles and ablution blocks. Dilute with up to 10 parts water.

31. PINE GEL

A concentrated pine perfumed gel for cleaning of all hard surfaces, i.e. walls, floors and bathrooms.

An acidic general purpose cleaner and disinfectant with a pleasant and powerful aroma. Dilute 1 to 20 parts water.

A water based pine fragranced general purpose cleaner, deodoriser and disinfectant for regular maintenance, cleaning and deodorising of floors and walls. Dilute with up to 20 parts water.

34. ULTRA PINE

Super concentrated pine oil disinfectant, cleaner and deodoriser. Dilute with up to 100 parts water.

35. WATERLESS TOILET CLEANER

A bleach based ready to use waterless toilet bowl cleaner and disinfectant. Use as supplied in squeeze bottle to clean toilet bowls and remove discolouring.

Window, mirror and tile cleaner. Dilute with up to 5 parts water.

FLEETCARE

A disinfectant and sanitiser for disinfecting and sanitising of the truck load body.

38. DASH DANDY

A lavender fragranced tyre/dashboard protective emulsion. Use as tyre dressing, dashboard restorer on vinyl interior of vehicles and PVC bumpers.

A medium duty alkaline solvent detergent especially formulated for dissolving of oils, grease and grime from all surfaces. May also be used in hot water pressure cleaners. Dilute with up to 20 parts water.

A concentrated car shampoo for all vehicles. Can be used through a machine or for general handwashing applications. Dilute with up to 60 parts water.

41. RT200

An all-in-1 degreaser, detergent and waxing compound to remove grease, grime and all traffic film deposits from vehicles. Dries to a high shine, giving extra protection against light rust and re depositing of traffic film. Dilute with up to 100 parts water.

Concentrated truck washing detergent. Can be used through a pressure cleaner or by hand. Dilute with up to 60 parts water.

43. TYRE GLOSS

A silicone based liquid dressing to give tyres and vinyl surfaces a ‘new look’ finish.

44. TYRE SHINE WHITE

A water based liquid for tyres and vinyl trim surfaces to give it a 'like new' look.
